Product details

Commercial-grade equipment, inspected and supported by warranty.

The True Fitness XS1000 Elliptical combines smooth elliptical motion, wide stride length, multiple resistance levels, ergonomic handlebars, and a 410 lb commercial frame — at 410 lb the XS1000 is the heaviest of the True Fitness elliptical line in this session, and mass directly correlates with ride quality on elliptical trainers. Heavier flywheel and frame mass produces more rotational momentum, which smooths the stride arc at all cadences — particularly at lower speeds and at the transition points between the push and pull phases where lighter machines tend to feel mechanical or disconnected. The wide stride length accommodates taller users and longer natural stride patterns without forcing the foot into a shortened arc that compresses the knee at the front of the stride. Multiple resistance levels allow the same machine to serve light rehabilitation work and high-intensity interval training without mechanical compromise at either end.

Console displays time, distance, calories, and heart rate. Ergonomic handlebars for upper body engagement. 410 lb True Fitness XS1000 commercial frame, 84" × 40" footprint. Remanufactured.

1. How do total-body ellipticals engage the upper body?

Moving handles sync with pedals to work arms, shoulders, and core.

2. What power requirements exist?

Most total-body ellipticals are self generated, while others require a standard 110 V outlet. None require a 20 amp outlet.

3. How often should I lubricate the machine?

Apply a light silicone lubricant to moving components every 6 months.

4. What financing and warranty options apply?

Same financing as all other cardio; new units carry full OEM warranty, remanufactured include Build A Gym's 1 year guarantee. Extended warranties available at checkout.

30-Day Returns & Exchanges

Buy with confidence. Every Build A Gym order includes a 30-day window to return or exchange, whether you want a different size, color or configuration.
