Your equipment is palletized and protected. The freight carrier schedules delivery, then uses a liftgate to lower it to your curb or driveway. Moving it inside and unpacking it are up to you.
Inside delivery & assembly
When selected and available for your address, the delivery team brings the equipment into the room, assembles and tests it, then removes the packaging.
Full truckload
For commercial builds and multi-pallet orders, a dedicated trailer keeps the full order together in one delivery. We confirm the unloading plan before the truck ships.

Used equipment is sold as-is with no warranty coverage, and is described honestly before you buy. We service nationwide - every ZIP code in the country - so coverage travels with the machine.
30-Day Returns & Exchanges
Change your mind within 30 days of delivery and you can return the machine or exchange it for a different size, color or configuration.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and a 15% restocking fee applies to preference returns and exchanges. Freight items must go back packaged to the same standard they arrived in — we will tell you exactly what that means before anything is collected.

The Torque X-CREATE 1-Module Storage Wall is a wall-mounted functional training storage system with 1 pull-up station, 2 suspension anchors, urethane anchor boots, and accessory storage — 53.9"×36.7"×95.8" per module. The X-CREATE Storage Wall addresses the specific organizational challenge of functional training spaces: functional training accessories — resistance bands, suspension trainers, battle ropes, medicine balls, kettlebells, and cable attachments — accumulate on the floor or against walls in disorganized piles that create trip hazards and slow session transitions when the next piece of equipment has to be found rather than retrieved from a dedicated location. A purpose-built storage wall assigns a dedicated location to each accessory category, which keeps the floor clear for training movement and keeps the transition between exercises in a circuit predictable and fast. The 1-module configuration provides a single training station footprint appropriate for small studios, home gyms, or as an add-on to an existing larger X-CREATE system. Each module includes a pull-up station — a fixed overhead bar that converts the storage wall into a bodyweight training anchor — and 2 suspension anchors for suspension trainer attachment at various points on the module structure. The urethane boots cover the hardware anchoring points to protect both the wall mounting hardware and users who may contact the module during training.
