Delivery options
Your item’s shipping method and price are confirmed in the shipping calculator and at checkout. Here is what each delivery path means.
Items weighing 149 lb or less ship by ground parcel rather than freight.
Your equipment is palletized and protected. The freight carrier schedules delivery, then uses a liftgate to lower it to your curb or driveway. Moving it inside and unpacking it are up to you.
When selected and available for your address, the delivery team brings the equipment into the room, assembles and tests it, then removes the packaging.
For commercial builds and multi-pallet orders, a dedicated trailer keeps the full order together in one delivery. We confirm the unloading plan before the truck ships.
Change your mind within 30 days of delivery and you can return the machine or exchange it for a different size, color or configuration.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and a 15% restocking fee applies to preference returns and exchanges. Freight items must go back packaged to the same standard they arrived in — we will tell you exactly what that means before anything is collected.
Anything that arrives damaged or fails under warranty is handled separately and carries no restocking fee. Full terms are in our Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy.
Coverage and accessories have to go on the same booking as the machine. Add them here and they travel together.
Commercial-grade equipment, inspected and supported by warranty.
The Star Trac S Series Cross Trainer Elliptical delivers smooth full-body low-impact cardio with dual-action handlebars, forward and reverse stride, natural stride path, and commercial-grade construction on a 337 lb frame — dual-action handlebars are mechanically linked to the pedals and move through the full stride arc, engaging the chest, back, and shoulders simultaneously with the lower body. The distinction between a cross trainer and a standard elliptical is this active handlebar engagement: on a fixed-handlebar elliptical the arms are static and the upper body contribution is zero; on a cross trainer the arms push and pull through the full range producing meaningful upper body cardiovascular and muscular demand. Forward stride produces glute and hamstring-dominant loading; reverse stride shifts emphasis to the quadriceps and hip flexors, allowing both anterior and posterior leg musculature to be targeted within the same session by alternating direction. The S Series produces a smooth stride feel at 337 lb — lighter than the SCTx but still commercial grade.
Intuitive console with workout tracking. Compact 76" × 30" footprint for flexible gym placement. 337 lb Star Trac S Series commercial frame. Remanufactured.
