Your equipment is palletized and protected. The freight carrier schedules delivery, then uses a liftgate to lower it to your curb or driveway. Moving it inside and unpacking it are up to you.
Inside delivery & assembly
When selected and available for your address, the delivery team brings the equipment into the room, assembles and tests it, then removes the packaging.
Full truckload
For commercial builds and multi-pallet orders, a dedicated trailer keeps the full order together in one delivery. We confirm the unloading plan before the truck ships.

30-Day Returns & Exchanges
Change your mind within 30 days of delivery and you can return the machine or exchange it for a different size, color or configuration.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and a 15% restocking fee applies to preference returns and exchanges. Freight items must go back packaged to the same standard they arrived in — we will tell you exactly what that means before anything is collected.

The StairMaster Gravitron 2000 delivers assisted chin-up, pull-up, and dip training with a 180 lb stack in 10 lb increments, exclusive linear tracking mechanism, and heavy-duty commercial construction on a 511 lb frame — the counterbalance system works by adding the selected stack weight to the upward force available to the user: a 180 lb user selecting 60 lb of assistance effectively trains at 120 lb of body weight through the movement. This allows users who cannot yet complete a full unassisted chin-up or dip to train the exact movement pattern at a manageable load, building the specific strength required for the unassisted version. 10 lb increments enable precise, gradual progression — reducing assistance by one increment at a time as strength develops is the most controlled path toward unassisted bodyweight performance.
