Delivery options
Your item’s shipping method and price are confirmed in the shipping calculator and at checkout. Here is what each delivery path means.
Items weighing 149 lb or less ship by ground parcel rather than freight.
Your equipment is palletized and protected. The freight carrier schedules delivery, then uses a liftgate to lower it to your curb or driveway. Moving it inside and unpacking it are up to you.
When selected and available for your address, the delivery team brings the equipment into the room, assembles and tests it, then removes the packaging.
For commercial builds and multi-pallet orders, a dedicated trailer keeps the full order together in one delivery. We confirm the unloading plan before the truck ships.
Change your mind within 30 days of delivery and you can return the machine or exchange it for a different size, color or configuration.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and a 15% restocking fee applies to preference returns and exchanges. Freight items must go back packaged to the same standard they arrived in — we will tell you exactly what that means before anything is collected.
Anything that arrives damaged or fails under warranty is handled separately and carries no restocking fee. Full terms are in our Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy.
Coverage and accessories have to go on the same booking as the machine. Add them here and they travel together.
Commercial-grade equipment, inspected and supported by warranty.
The Precor UBK 815 Upright Bike delivers smooth quiet magnetic resistance, ergonomic seat and handlebars, Experience Console with essential workout feedback, and sturdy commercial-grade construction in a compact footprint — 155 lb frame, 46"×21" footprint. The UBK 815 is the upright companion to the RBK 815 recumbent bike — sharing the magnetic resistance system, Experience Console, and commercial-grade build in the upright riding position. The difference between upright and recumbent positioning is more than ergonomic preference: in the upright position the rider sits above the pedals with the torso supported by the handlebars and the core engaged for balance, which increases upper body and core involvement relative to the recumbent position where the back is fully supported. Upright cycling more closely replicates the position of road or mountain cycling, making the UBK 815 the appropriate choice for cyclists cross-training indoors. Magnetic resistance in the UBK 815 applies the same eddy current non-contact braking principle as the RBK 815 — no friction pad, no wear surface, no contact noise at any resistance level, and consistent resistance feel throughout the pedaling cadence range. The Experience Console delivers the workout feedback riders need — resistance level, cadence, speed, time, calories, and heart rate — in a clean, easy-to-read display without touchscreen complexity. At 155 lb and 46"×21", the UBK 815 is the lightest and most compact upright bike in the Precor line carried here, appropriate for facilities and home setups where floor space is a constraint.
