Your equipment is palletized and protected. The freight carrier schedules delivery, then uses a liftgate to lower it to your curb or driveway. Moving it inside and unpacking it are up to you.
Inside delivery & assembly
When selected and available for your address, the delivery team brings the equipment into the room, assembles and tests it, then removes the packaging.
Full truckload
For commercial builds and multi-pallet orders, a dedicated trailer keeps the full order together in one delivery. We confirm the unloading plan before the truck ships.

Warranty Coverage
New and remanufactured equipment are both covered for one year, parts and labor, backed by us. Extended protection is available on either through BAG Care+. Used equipment is sold as-is with no warranty coverage, and is described honestly before you buy. We service nationwide - every ZIP code in the country - so coverage travels with the machine.
30-Day Returns & Exchanges
Change your mind within 30 days of delivery and you can return the machine or exchange it for a different size, color or configuration.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and a 15% restocking fee applies to preference returns and exchanges. Freight items must go back packaged to the same standard they arrived in — we will tell you exactly what that means before anything is collected.

The Precor TRM 731 Treadmill delivers Ground Effects® Impact Control (GFX), 3.0 HP AC motor, 0.5–12 mph speed, 0–15% incline, touch and telemetry heart rate, and P30i console with streamlined controls — 405 lb commercial frame, 83"×35" footprint. The TRM 731 shares its overall footprint with the TRM 761 and TRM 885 at 83"×35" but brings a 3.0 HP AC motor at a more accessible commercial price point — the motor specification that matters is still AC, which maintains consistent belt speed under varying user load better than DC motors and extends service life in high-use environments. Ground Effects® (GFX) is the same deck cushioning system as on the TRM 761 — progressive shock absorption that reduces peak footstrike force at the deck, protecting knees, hips, and ankles over the accumulated footstrike count of a commercial training session. The 12 mph speed ceiling and 0–15% incline range cover the full training spectrum from walking and incline protocols through recreational running — the same speed and grade range as the TRM 761, distinguishing both from the TRM 885's extended 16 mph and -3% decline capability. The P30i console is the streamlined controls variant in the Precor console family — delivering real-time performance feedback with touch and telemetry heart rate monitoring in a straightforward interface without touchscreen complexity, appropriate for facilities that prioritize operational simplicity and ease of use across a wide member population.
