Delivery options
Your item’s shipping method and price are confirmed in the shipping calculator and at checkout. Here is what each delivery path means.
Items weighing 149 lb or less ship by ground parcel rather than freight.
Your equipment is palletized and protected. The freight carrier schedules delivery, then uses a liftgate to lower it to your curb or driveway. Moving it inside and unpacking it are up to you.
When selected and available for your address, the delivery team brings the equipment into the room, assembles and tests it, then removes the packaging.
For commercial builds and multi-pallet orders, a dedicated trailer keeps the full order together in one delivery. We confirm the unloading plan before the truck ships.
Change your mind within 30 days of delivery and you can return the machine or exchange it for a different size, color or configuration.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and a 15% restocking fee applies to preference returns and exchanges. Freight items must go back packaged to the same standard they arrived in — we will tell you exactly what that means before anything is collected.
Anything that arrives damaged or fails under warranty is handled separately and carries no restocking fee. Full terms are in our Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy.
Coverage and accessories have to go on the same booking as the machine. Add them here and they travel together.
Commercial-grade equipment, inspected and supported by warranty.
The Precor RBK 865 Recumbent Bike combines a two-stage drive system, knee-over-spindle biomechanics, Air Flex ventilated backrest, step-through frame, extra-wide double-sided pedals, 25 resistance levels (18–750 watts), 17 workouts, and P62 10" touchscreen — 219 lb commercial frame, 67"×23" footprint. The two-stage drive system is the mechanical specification that determines resistance feel quality: a single-stage drive connects the pedals directly to the flywheel or resistance mechanism, which produces a resistance curve that can feel notchy or inconsistent at low and high cadences. A two-stage drive uses an intermediate gear reduction that smooths the resistance input across the full pedaling speed range — so the 25 resistance levels feel consistent and fluid whether the user is turning 20 RPM during low-intensity rehabilitation or 150 RPM at maximum sprint output. The 18-watt minimum at level 1 / 20 RPM establishes the floor for rehabilitation loading, and the 750-watt maximum at level 25 / 150 RPM establishes the performance ceiling — a range that covers medically supervised cardiac rehabilitation through high-intensity athletic conditioning. Knee-over-spindle biomechanics position the pedal spindle directly below the knee at the bottom of the stroke, which is the alignment that minimizes anterior knee shear force — the force that stresses the patellofemoral joint — through the pedaling arc. The Air Flex backrest uses a ventilated flexible suspension rather than a rigid foam pad, which allows the backrest to flex slightly with the user's lumbar movement rather than forcing the spine to conform to a fixed surface.
Step-through frame for easy entry and exit. Extra-wide double-sided pedals accommodate foot entry from either side. P62 10" touchscreen with 17 workouts. 219 lb Precor RBK 865 commercial frame, 67"×23" footprint. Remanufactured.
