The Precor EFX 885 cross trainer pairs CrossRamp® technology with upper-body moving handlebars and a 15" P80 console — CrossRamp, unique to Precor, adjusts the ramp incline from 13° to 40°, allowing users to shift lower-body muscle emphasis from glutes and hamstrings at lower inclines to quads at steeper settings within the same session. Upper-body resistance arms engage simultaneously for total-body calorie output. The P80 console's 15" screen is ergonomically positioned for clear viewing in motion and supports facility networking for direct-to-exerciser communication.
