Shipping, Delivery, and Installation

Yes — free warehouse pickup is available by appointment at our Jarrell, TX location.

We do! We can deliver curbside, place equipment inside, assemble it, and haul away packing. You can see the cost for this on the product page when you add the item to your cart.

Order Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds

We get it — things happen. Reach out and we’ll do what we can to adjust your order if it hasn’t shipped yet. After shipping, orders cannot be cancelled.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives defective or damaged, please submit a warranty request immediately with your order number and details about the issue.

To report a defective or damaged item, please submit a warranty request through our Warranty Request Form at ctxhomegyms.com/warranty. Provide
your order information and details about the issue, and our support team will reach out to resolve the problem.

If your shipment arrives with freight damage, please inspect the item upon delivery and document any damages with clear photos. Notate any issues on
the Bill of Lading and submit a claim through our dedicated portal at ctxhomegyms.com/freight-claim. Our team is committed to resolving any
issues promptly. NOTE: We cannot help with freight claims if there is no notation of damage on the Bill of Lading at delivery.
