Delivery options
Your item’s shipping method and price are confirmed in the shipping calculator and at checkout. Here is what each delivery path means.
Items weighing 149 lb or less ship by ground parcel rather than freight.
Your equipment is palletized and protected. The freight carrier schedules delivery, then uses a liftgate to lower it to your curb or driveway. Moving it inside and unpacking it are up to you.
When selected and available for your address, the delivery team brings the equipment into the room, assembles and tests it, then removes the packaging.
For commercial builds and multi-pallet orders, a dedicated trailer keeps the full order together in one delivery. We confirm the unloading plan before the truck ships.
Change your mind within 30 days of delivery and you can return the machine or exchange it for a different size, color or configuration.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and a 15% restocking fee applies to preference returns and exchanges. Freight items must go back packaged to the same standard they arrived in — we will tell you exactly what that means before anything is collected.
Anything that arrives damaged or fails under warranty is handled separately and carries no restocking fee. Full terms are in our Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy.
Coverage and accessories have to go on the same booking as the machine. Add them here and they travel together.
Commercial-grade equipment, inspected and supported by warranty.
The Precor Discovery Series Back Extension provides a dedicated lower back and posterior chain training station with ratcheting hip pad adjustment, foot capture system, anatomically positioned handles, and integrated entry/exit handles — 141 lb commercial frame, 53"×40" footprint. The ratcheting hip pad adjustment is the specification that most directly determines exercise quality: the hip pad position sets where the pivot of the extension occurs relative to the user's hip joint. If the pad sits too high, the lumbar spine does most of the extending while the glutes and hamstrings remain largely passive; too low and the pad restricts the range of motion before full hip extension is reached. A ratcheting system — as opposed to a pin or knob adjustment — allows the pad to be moved in precise, repeatable increments and locks positively at each position, so users can find their optimal setting and return to it consistently without the pad slipping under load. The foot capture system anchors the heels and ankles to provide the ground reaction force that the extension movement requires — without secure foot capture the body slides rather than extends, which eliminates the lower back and posterior chain loading. Anatomically positioned handles give the user grip points that match the natural hand position during a back extension, which helps maintain shoulder and thoracic alignment through the movement rather than allowing the upper body to rotate.
Integrated entry and exit handles for safe mounting in commercial environments. 141 lb Precor Discovery commercial frame, 53"×40" footprint. Remanufactured.
