The Precor 846i Recumbent Bike delivers smooth magnetic resistance, step-through frame, ergonomic lumbar-support seat, and an intuitive console with comprehensive workout feedback — 160 lb compact commercial frame, 57"×24" footprint. The 846i is the most compact recumbent bike in the Precor line carried here — 10" shorter and 30 lb lighter than the RBK 815, and 10" shorter and 59 lb lighter than the RBK 865. The 57"×24" footprint makes it the appropriate choice for spaces where the RBK 815's 67" length is a constraint, while delivering the same core recumbent bike features: magnetic resistance, step-through access, and lumbar-support seating. Magnetic resistance in the 846i applies the same eddy current principle as the RBK 815 — non-contact braking field applied to the flywheel with no friction pad, no wear surface, and no contact noise. The ergonomic lumbar-support seat maintains the spine's natural inward curve at the lower back, which is the design specification that determines whether a recumbent bike seat remains comfortable across a full session or produces lower back fatigue before the session ends — the same argument as on the RBK 815, and relevant here because the 846i's compact frame is often positioned for longer rehabilitation and low-intensity training sessions where sustained comfort is more important than peak resistance output. Step-through frame for easy entry and exit across all user populations.

Intuitive console with comprehensive workout feedback for structured cardio sessions. 160 lb Precor 846i compact commercial recumbent bike, 57"×24" footprint. Remanufactured.

Magnetic Resistance · Lumbar Support — Compact Recumbent Done Right
Magnetic eddy current braking delivers smooth, quiet resistance with no friction pad wear or contact noise — consistent at any resistance setting. Lumbar support maintains the spine's natural curve at the lower back through the full session, which matters more on a compact rehabilitation-positioned bike where session durations are often longer and comfort is the primary training variable rather than peak output.
57"×24" Footprint · Step-Through Frame · 160 lb Frame
10" shorter than the RBK 815 and 30 lb lighter — the Precor recumbent option for spaces where the RBK 815's 67" length is a layout constraint. Step-through design for easy entry and exit across all user populations including rehabilitation, older users, and members with limited mobility. Durable commercial-grade construction for sustained high-traffic facility use at the compact footprint.
