Delivery options
Your item’s shipping method and price are confirmed in the shipping calculator and at checkout. Here is what each delivery path means.
Items weighing 149 lb or less ship by ground parcel rather than freight.
Your equipment is palletized and protected. The freight carrier schedules delivery, then uses a liftgate to lower it to your curb or driveway. Moving it inside and unpacking it are up to you.
When selected and available for your address, the delivery team brings the equipment into the room, assembles and tests it, then removes the packaging.
For commercial builds and multi-pallet orders, a dedicated trailer keeps the full order together in one delivery. We confirm the unloading plan before the truck ships.
Change your mind within 30 days of delivery and you can return the machine or exchange it for a different size, color or configuration.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and a 15% restocking fee applies to preference returns and exchanges. Freight items must go back packaged to the same standard they arrived in — we will tell you exactly what that means before anything is collected.
Anything that arrives damaged or fails under warranty is handled separately and carries no restocking fee. Full terms are in our Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy.
Coverage and accessories have to go on the same booking as the machine. Add them here and they travel together.
Commercial-grade equipment, inspected and supported by warranty.
The NuStep T5XR Cross Trainer delivers 360° swivel seat locking at 45° increments, reclining seat with adjustable arm and seat positions, 40° hand grip rotation, user-controlled step length, 15 resistance levels, low-impact total-body reciprocal motion — 295 lb frame, 73"×30" footprint. The T5XR is the premium tier of the NuStep recumbent cross trainer line — above the TRS 4000 in four meaningful specifications: 15 resistance levels vs. 10, reclining seat vs. fixed recumbent position, 360° swivel with 45° locking detents vs. standard swivel, and 40° hand grip rotation. The 360° swivel with 45° locking positions is a specific engineering improvement over a basic swivel seat: the locking detents hold the seat at a defined angle during mounting and dismounting rather than allowing it to rotate freely under the user's weight during the transfer. A free-rotating seat during transfer is a fall risk for users with limited balance or strength — the detent locks prevent the seat from spinning as the user lowers onto it, providing a stable transfer platform that a freely rotating seat cannot. The reclining seat backrest adds a postural adjustment that the TRS 4000 doesn't offer: users who cannot maintain a fully upright recumbent posture — post-spinal surgery, kyphosis, severe hip flexion limitations, or users who simply fatigue through a long session — can recline the backrest to a supported angle that maintains comfort without interrupting the exercise. The 40° hand grip rotation allows the hand to follow a natural arc through the pushing and pulling motion rather than being locked to a fixed grip plane — reducing wrist and elbow joint torque in the same way that pivoting handles reduce torque on selectorized upper body machines. The T5XR's larger 73"×30" footprint (vs. 60"×23" for the TRS 4000) reflects the additional mechanism for seat recline and the wider base for stability.
Adjustable arm positions accommodate different user proportions and mobility profiles. Low-impact smooth stepping for rehabilitation through senior fitness conditioning. 295 lb NuStep T5XR frame, 73"×30" footprint. Remanufactured.
