Delivery options
Your item’s shipping method and price are confirmed in the shipping calculator and at checkout. Here is what each delivery path means.
Items weighing 149 lb or less ship by ground parcel rather than freight.
Your equipment is palletized and protected. The freight carrier schedules delivery, then uses a liftgate to lower it to your curb or driveway. Moving it inside and unpacking it are up to you.
When selected and available for your address, the delivery team brings the equipment into the room, assembles and tests it, then removes the packaging.
For commercial builds and multi-pallet orders, a dedicated trailer keeps the full order together in one delivery. We confirm the unloading plan before the truck ships.
Change your mind within 30 days of delivery and you can return the machine or exchange it for a different size, color or configuration.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and a 15% restocking fee applies to preference returns and exchanges. Freight items must go back packaged to the same standard they arrived in — we will tell you exactly what that means before anything is collected.
Anything that arrives damaged or fails under warranty is handled separately and carries no restocking fee. Full terms are in our Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy.
Coverage and accessories have to go on the same booking as the machine. Add them here and they travel together.
Commercial-grade equipment, inspected and supported by warranty.
The Nautilus Nitro Plus Preacher Curl delivers seated preacher curl bicep isolation with angled arm pad for minimal shoulder involvement, adjustable seat height, contoured non-slip arm pad, compact footprint, and heavy-duty Nautilus Nitro Plus commercial construction — 350 lb frame, 51"×41" footprint. The preacher curl machine is the gold standard for bicep isolation because the angled arm pad physically prevents the two primary compensations that allow other muscle groups to assist the curl: shoulder flexion (swinging the upper arm forward to generate momentum) and torso lean-back (using the spinal extensors and hip flexors to create a counterbalance). On a standing or seated dumbbell curl both compensations are available — the shoulder can flex forward and the torso can lean back as the weight becomes heavier, allowing stronger muscle groups to contribute. The preacher pad locks the upper arm against the angled surface through the full curl arc: the arm cannot move forward because the pad is in the way, and the torso cannot lean because it's unsupported behind the pad. The result is that the biceps brachii — the short and long heads — must produce all of the curling force from the fully lengthened position at the bottom of the arc through the fully shortened position at the top, without assistance from the anterior deltoid or any torso momentum. The angled pad angle on the Nautilus Nitro Plus is designed to optimize the loading through the biceps' active range — the angle positions the elbow at the joint angle where the biceps tendon is most favorably oriented for force production through the full curl arc. Adjustable seat height positions the user's arm correctly against the pad regardless of torso length — if the seat is too low, the shoulder is forced into flexion against the pad top; if too high, the elbow extends off the pad bottom, both of which compromise the isolation.
Contoured arm pad and non-slip grips for stability through the full curl arc. 350 lb Nautilus Nitro Plus commercial frame, 51"×41" footprint. Contact us for stack specifications. Remanufactured.
