Product details

Commercial-grade equipment, inspected and supported by warranty.

The Nautilus Nitro Lateral Raise combines pivoting handle grips that auto-adjust to different forearm lengths with Ergo Grip® rotating handles that allow the wrists to move naturally through the abduction arc — the two handle features work together to keep each user's arm correctly positioned and the wrist unstressed regardless of forearm length or grip preference. Classic full-range variable resistance cams maintain consistent loading through the full lateral raise range rather than dropping off at the top or bottom.

A super-smooth belt drive system, ratcheting seat adjustment for fast positioning, and a 200 lb stack in 5 lb increments on a heavy-duty 2" × 4" steel frame round out a purpose-built commercial shoulder isolation station. 459 lb, 55" × 37" footprint. Remanufactured.

Pivoting Grips & Ergo Grip® Rotating Handles
Pivoting handle grips automatically align to each user's forearm length without manual adjustment, while Ergo Grip® rotating handles allow natural wrist movement through the raise — together keeping arm alignment correct and wrist stress minimized for every user size.
Full-Range Variable Resistance Cams
Classic Nautilus full-range variable resistance cams maintain consistent loading through the complete lateral raise arc — no dead zones at the bottom, no drop-off at the top, controlled medial deltoid loading from start to finish of every rep.
Ratcheting Seat · Belt Drive · 5 lb Increments
A ratcheting seat mechanism adjusts quickly without lifting or cranking. Super-smooth belt drive delivers fluid resistance with low maintenance. The 200 lb stack adjusts in 5 lb increments for precise progressive overload across all training levels.
2" × 4" Heavy-Duty Steel Frame
Heavy-duty 2" × 4" steel tubing provides the structural rigidity for sustained commercial use — a notably robust frame spec for a shoulder isolation machine, built for high-frequency daily training without flex or frame movement under load.
