Delivery options
Your item’s shipping method and price are confirmed in the shipping calculator and at checkout. Here is what each delivery path means.
Items weighing 149 lb or less ship by ground parcel rather than freight.
Your equipment is palletized and protected. The freight carrier schedules delivery, then uses a liftgate to lower it to your curb or driveway. Moving it inside and unpacking it are up to you.
When selected and available for your address, the delivery team brings the equipment into the room, assembles and tests it, then removes the packaging.
For commercial builds and multi-pallet orders, a dedicated trailer keeps the full order together in one delivery. We confirm the unloading plan before the truck ships.
Change your mind within 30 days of delivery and you can return the machine or exchange it for a different size, color or configuration.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and a 15% restocking fee applies to preference returns and exchanges. Freight items must go back packaged to the same standard they arrived in — we will tell you exactly what that means before anything is collected.
Anything that arrives damaged or fails under warranty is handled separately and carries no restocking fee. Full terms are in our Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy.
Coverage and accessories have to go on the same booking as the machine. Add them here and they travel together.
Commercial-grade equipment, inspected and supported by warranty.
The Nautilus HumanSport Total Legs is a highly advanced, selectorized lower-body training system designed to deliver natural, user-defined movement across the hips, knees, and ankles. Built on the HumanSport platform, this machine adapts to each user’s mechanics, creating an intuitive training experience that feels custom-built while supporting a wide range of athletic and functional applications.
This cable-based system enables comprehensive anterior and posterior lower-extremity training. Users can perform hip stabilization and flexion, knee extension, knee flexion, hip extension, and resisted ankle dorsiflexion, all within a single station. Single-leg movements can be performed with high, moderate, or no external stabilization, allowing exercises to incorporate balance, coordination, and core engagement. A raised platform with stabilization handles ensures proper positioning for hip, knee, and ankle exercises.
Unique anterior and posterior foot harnesses accommodate users of all sizes and expand exercise variety. The anterior harness supports precise lower-leg and hip movements, while the posterior harness allows users to rotate the body for hip abduction and adduction work. Unilateral or bilateral use is fully user-defined, making the Total Legs ideal for addressing imbalances, rehabilitation-style training, and performance development.
Dual weight stacks operate on a smooth 2:1 pulley ratio and utilize Nautilus’ Lock N Load® design, with universally color-coded switches that engage resistance internally—eliminating traditional selector pins for a safer, quieter, and lower-maintenance solution.
