The Nautilus 0–90 Adjustable Utility Bench adjusts from completely flat through fully upright — 0° flat for bench press and dumbbell press, through multiple incline positions, to 90° upright for seated shoulder work. The full 0–90 range in a single bench covers more exercises than fixed-angle incline benches, making it a practical all-in-one platform for dumbbell areas and rack setups where floor space is limited.
Heavy-duty commercial-grade construction handles a 300 lb user weight capacity, and high-quality upholstery provides lasting comfort through extended daily use. The straightforward adjustment mechanism moves quickly between positions. 128 lb, 56" × 23" footprint. Remanufactured.

- We palletize and protect your equipment, then ship it with a vetted freight carrier anywhere in the lower 48. The driver lowers the pallet to ground level at your curb or driveway, and moving it inside is left to you.
Inside Delivery & Assembly
- Our full-service option, available wherever we deliver. We bring your equipment into the room of your choice on the first floor, assemble it, test it, and take the packaging away with us.
Warehouse Pickup
- Prefer to handle it yourself? Collect your order from our Jarrell, TX warehouse at no cost. Weekdays by appointment, and you will need a trailer or a pickup truck. We will help you load up and get you on your way.

Most benches offer 5–7 adjustable positions from decline to near-vertical.
2. What weight capacity is needed for heavy lifts?
Home benches: 600-800lb; commercial benches: 1,000lb+.
3. Is professional assembly available?

Depends on the item. New equipment typically ships unassembled and crated. Remanufactured cardio and strength typically ship fully assembled on a pallet - exceptions may apply on certain machines.
