Full truckload
For commercial builds and multi-pallet orders, a dedicated trailer keeps the full order together in one delivery. We confirm the unloading plan before the truck ships.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and a 15% restocking fee applies to preference returns and exchanges. Freight items must go back packaged to the same standard they arrived in — we will tell you exactly what that means before anything is collected.

The Life Fitness Signature Series Bicep Curl delivers isolated arm training with angled arm pads, rotating handles, adjustable seat, and smooth selectorized resistance — the combination of angled arm pads and rotating handles addresses the two main mechanical problems on bicep curl machines: shoulder involvement and wrist torque. Angled arm pads brace the upper arms at a forward angle, which prevents the elbows from drifting back and the shoulders from rotating forward during the curl — the two compensation patterns that bring the anterior deltoid and back into the movement. Rotating handles allow the forearm to supinate naturally through the curl arc rather than being locked into a fixed grip angle that creates wrist and elbow torque at the peak contraction. Together they direct the full load onto the bicep brachii and brachialis throughout the movement.
