30-Day Returns & Exchanges
Change your mind within 30 days of delivery and you can return the machine or exchange it for a different size, color or configuration.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and a 15% restocking fee applies to preference returns and exchanges. Freight items must go back packaged to the same standard they arrived in — we will tell you exactly what that means before anything is collected.
Anything that arrives damaged or fails under warranty is handled separately and carries no restocking fee. Full terms are in our Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy.

The Hoist HD-1900 Functional Trainer uses 28 pulley positions in 2" increments, dual Silent Steel® stacks at 67.5 lb applied resistance per side, and a corner-friendly footprint — 28 positions in 2" increments provides the fine-grained height adjustment that makes functional training effective: the difference between a cable at hip height and shoulder height fundamentally changes which muscles are loaded and how, and 2" steps allow users to dial in the exact angle for their specific movement pattern and height. The Silent Steel® stack system delivers smooth, quiet resistance without the mechanical noise of standard selectorized systems.
Fully enclosed weight stacks for safety and clean appearance. Integrated accessory rack keeps handles and ankle straps organized. Bilateral movements supported when both cables are connected simultaneously. 670 lb commercial frame, 43.8" × 77.5" footprint. Remanufactured.

Driveway Delivery
- We palletize and protect your equipment, then ship it with a vetted freight carrier anywhere in the lower 48. The driver lowers the pallet to ground level at your curb or driveway, and moving it inside is left to you.
Inside Delivery & Assembly
- Our full-service option, available wherever we deliver. We bring your equipment into the room of your choice on the first floor, assemble it, test it, and take the packaging away with us.
Warehouse Pickup
- Prefer to handle it yourself? Collect your order from our Jarrell, TX warehouse at no cost. Weekdays by appointment, and you will need a trailer or a pickup truck. We will help you load up and get you on your way.

Remanufactured functional trainers will include a handful of attachments at the discretion of the freight team. Please order new attachments to get exact ones desired.
2. How do I adjust pulley heights?
Slide pulleys up/down and lock pins in place—tool-free.
3. What footprint is needed?

4. Is financing available?
Yes—financing via Shop Pay applies.
5. What maintenance is required?
Wipe cables monthly; lubricate pulley axles every 6 months.

4. Does the equipment arrive assembled?
Depends on the item. New equipment typically ships unassembled and crated. Remanufactured cardio and strength typically ship fully assembled on a pallet - exceptions may apply on certain machines. Contact us for more information regarding a specific item. Choosing Inside Delivery & Assembly guarantees full assembly in the room of your choice.
5. How long until my order ships?
Lead times vary by item and condition. Every product is marked with a "ship time" at the top of the product page.
