Change your mind within 30 days of delivery and you can return the machine or exchange it for a different size, color or configuration.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and a 15% restocking fee applies to preference returns and exchanges. Freight items must go back packaged to the same standard they arrived in — we will tell you exactly what that means before anything is collected.
Anything that arrives damaged or fails under warranty is handled separately and carries no restocking fee. Full terms are in our Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy.

A one-handed rotational back pad adjustment makes transitioning between exercises fast, and a ratcheting seat system handles quick user changeovers in busy commercial environments.
Silent Steel® weight stacks keep operation quiet during exercise, and Easy Glide™ inserts on all telescoping pad adjustments make setup smooth and effortless. A 263 lb weight stack — larger than most machines in this category — supports serious progressive loading across all three pressing functions. - We palletize and protect your equipment, then ship it with a vetted freight carrier anywhere in the lower 48. The driver lowers the pallet to ground level at your curb or driveway, and moving it inside is left to you.
Inside Delivery & Assembly
- Our full-service option, available wherever we deliver. We bring your equipment into the room of your choice on the first floor, assemble it, test it, and take the packaging away with us.
Warehouse Pickup
- Prefer to handle it yourself? Collect your order from our Jarrell, TX warehouse at no cost. Weekdays by appointment, and you will need a trailer or a pickup truck. We will help you load up and get you on your way.

Most base level weight stacks can accommodate even advanced lifters, but for the real weight-movers, look for the items with expansion stacks.

Inspect guide rods and stack alignment monthly; wipe rods and replace worn bushings annually.

Depends on the item. New equipment typically ships unassembled and crated. Remanufactured cardio and strength typically ship fully assembled on a pallet - exceptions may apply on certain machines. 5. How long until my order ships?
Lead times vary by item and condition. Every product is marked with a "ship time" at the top of the product page.
