Product details

Commercial-grade equipment, inspected and supported by warranty.

The Hoist Fitness Flat / Decline Bench covers five positions from flat to -20° decline in 5° increments, with self-aligning roller pads and 1,000 lb maximum weight capacity — the decline range adds chest training variation that a flat bench alone cannot provide: at decline angles the sternal head of the pectoralis major is more fully recruited and the anterior deltoid is less involved, producing a different loading profile than flat pressing. Five positions in 5° increments allow precise angle matching without large jumps between settings. Self-aligning roller pads automatically fit different leg lengths without manual adjustment, keeping positioning consistent across users of different heights.

1,000 lb weight capacity handles heavy free-weight pressing at serious commercial loads. 97 lb commercial Hoist frame, 61.75" × 30.75" footprint. Remanufactured.

5 Positions — Flat to -20° in 5° Steps
Five positions from flat to -20° decline in 5° increments provide precise angle matching for pressing and ab work. At decline angles the sternal head of the pectoralis major is more fully recruited and anterior deltoid involvement is reduced — a different loading profile than flat pressing that targets lower chest thickness specifically.
Self-Aligning Roller Pads · 1,000 lb Capacity
Self-aligning roller pads automatically fit different leg lengths without manual adjustment — consistent positioning across users of different heights without setup time between users. 1,000 lb maximum weight capacity handles heavy free-weight pressing at serious commercial loads across flat and decline positions.
