Change your mind within 30 days of delivery and you can return the machine or exchange it for a different size, color or configuration.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and a 15% restocking fee applies to preference returns and exchanges. Freight items must go back packaged to the same standard they arrived in — we will tell you exactly what that means before anything is collected.
Anything that arrives damaged or fails under warranty is handled separately and carries no restocking fee. Full terms are in our Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy.

The Hoist Fitness 3-Tier Horizontal Dumbbell Rack stores up to 15 pairs (10 dumbbells per tier) on polypropylene-covered saddles with foot clearance under the bottom tier and 4,200 lb total weight capacity — polypropylene saddle covers protect dumbbell handles from the metal-on-metal contact that scratches and damages knurling over time, extending the life of the dumbbell set. The raised top tier at 39" keeps the heaviest or most frequently used dumbbells at an ergonomic retrieval height without bending. Foot clearance under the bottom tier allows users to stand closer to the rack when loading or unloading heavier dumbbells without the frame getting in the way of foot placement.
1,400 lb maximum per tier, 4,200 lb total system capacity. 268 lb commercial frame, 98" × 27" footprint. Remanufactured.

- We palletize and protect your equipment, then ship it with a vetted freight carrier anywhere in the lower 48. The driver lowers the pallet to ground level at your curb or driveway, and moving it inside is left to you.
Inside Delivery & Assembly
- Our full-service option, available wherever we deliver. We bring your equipment into the room of your choice on the first floor, assemble it, test it, and take the packaging away with us.
Warehouse Pickup
- Prefer to handle it yourself? Collect your order from our Jarrell, TX warehouse at no cost. Weekdays by appointment, and you will need a trailer or a pickup truck. We will help you load up and get you on your way.
1. Are racks easy to assemble?
Most bolt together in under 30 minutes with included hardware and instructions (if they don't ship already assembled).
2. Can racks be moved after setup?
Yes—simply empty weight and unbolt; floor anchors are optional for extra stability.
3. Do you offer combined shipping for racks and plates?
Yes—the system bundles freight costs when multiple items ship together.

Depends on the item. New equipment typically ships unassembled and crated. Remanufactured cardio and strength typically ship fully assembled on a pallet - exceptions may apply on certain machines.
