Change your mind within 30 days of delivery and you can return the machine or exchange it for a different size, color or configuration.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and a 15% restocking fee applies to preference returns and exchanges. Freight items must go back packaged to the same standard they arrived in — we will tell you exactly what that means before anything is collected.
Anything that arrives damaged or fails under warranty is handled separately and carries no restocking fee. Full terms are in our Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy.

The Hoist Fitness Flat / Incline Bench is a versatile, commercial-grade bench designed to support a wide range of upper-body strength exercises. With multiple adjustment options and a high weight capacity, this bench is well suited for free-weight areas, strength floors, and serious training environments.
Six adjustable back pad positions—from flat to 80 degrees—allow users to perform flat, incline, and seated pressing movements with proper support and positioning. Five ratcheting seat pad positions accommodate users of varying heights, helping ensure correct alignment throughout each exercise. Thermoplastic polyurethane covers on the back pad adjusters help reduce wear in high-use settings, extending the life of the bench.
Integrated wheels and a built-in hand grip provide convenient tilt-and-roll mobility, making it easy to reposition or store the bench when not in use. With a robust frame and high maximum load rating, this bench delivers dependable performance for demanding strength training applications.

Driveway Delivery
- We palletize and protect your equipment, then ship it with a vetted freight carrier anywhere in the lower 48. The driver lowers the pallet to ground level at your curb or driveway, and moving it inside is left to you.
Inside Delivery & Assembly
- Our full-service option, available wherever we deliver. We bring your equipment into the room of your choice on the first floor, assemble it, test it, and take the packaging away with us.
Warehouse Pickup
- Prefer to handle it yourself? Collect your order from our Jarrell, TX warehouse at no cost. Weekdays by appointment, and you will need a trailer or a pickup truck. We will help you load up and get you on your way.

Reserve a 4′ × 2′ area with an extra foot on each side for movement.

Depends on the item. New equipment typically ships unassembled and crated. Remanufactured cardio and strength typically ship fully assembled on a pallet - exceptions may apply on certain machines.
