Product details

Commercial-grade equipment, inspected and supported by warranty.

The Hammer Strength Select Lateral Raise isolates the middle deltoid with pad positions optimized for mid-deltoid activation, pivoting handles that automatically accommodate different user sizes, and a roller-based seat adjustment — the pad positioning is the key specification: the arm pads contact the upper arm at the precise angle that loads the medial deltoid from the start of the raise, eliminating the unloaded dead zone at the bottom that occurs when pad contact is too low or the arm hangs straight down before resistance engages. Pivoting handles automatically adjust to each user's forearm angle without manual adjustment, reducing wrist torque and improving the natural arc of the raise.

Roller seat adjustment for fast user transitions. 200 lb selectorized stack on a 535 lb commercial frame, 42" × 37" compact footprint, 300 lb max user. Remanufactured.

Optimized Pad Positions — Mid-Deltoid Loaded from Start
Arm pads contact the upper arm at the precise angle that loads the medial deltoid from the beginning of the raise — eliminating the unloaded dead zone at the bottom that occurs when pad contact is too low or the arm is straight down before resistance engages. Mid-deltoid tension is maintained through the full raise arc.
Pivoting Handles · Roller Seat · Compact 42" × 37"
Pivoting handles automatically adjust to each user's forearm angle without manual setup — reducing wrist torque and improving the natural arc of the raise across different user anatomies. Roller seat adjustment enables fast transitions in high-traffic commercial environments. Compact 42"×37" footprint for space-efficient floor layouts.
