Change your mind within 30 days of delivery and you can return the machine or exchange it for a different size, color or configuration.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and a 15% restocking fee applies to preference returns and exchanges. Freight items must go back packaged to the same standard they arrived in — we will tell you exactly what that means before anything is collected.

The Hammer Strength Select Abdominal Crunch uses the AbCam® system with a counter-balanced work arm and two fixed foot supports that automatically fit different body sizes — no adjustment required. The AbCam® cam profile is engineered to match the strength curve of the rectus abdominis through the crunch arc — providing more resistance at the mid-point of the crunch where the abs are strongest, and reducing resistance at the start and finish where they are weakest. A standard constant-resistance crunch machine loads the abs incorrectly throughout the arc; the AbCam® keeps the challenge proportional to actual abdominal force output at every point in the movement. The counter-balanced work arm creates a genuinely low starting resistance, making the machine accessible for users who struggle with weighted core machines.
Roller seat adjustment, two fixed foot supports that require no adjustment across a wide user size range. 200 lb selectorized stack on a 515 lb commercial frame, 62" × 35" footprint, 300 lb max user. Remanufactured.

- Our full-service option, available wherever we deliver. We bring your equipment into the room of your choice on the first floor, assemble it, test it, and take the packaging away with us.

- Prefer to handle it yourself? Collect your order from our Jarrell, TX warehouse at no cost. Weekdays by appointment, and you will need a trailer or a pickup truck. We will help you load up and get you on your way.

4. Does the equipment arrive assembled?
Depends on the item. New equipment typically ships unassembled and crated. Remanufactured cardio and strength typically ship fully assembled on a pallet - exceptions may apply on certain machines. Contact us for more information regarding a specific item. Choosing Inside Delivery & Assembly guarantees full assembly in the room of your choice.
