Product details

Commercial-grade equipment, inspected and supported by warranty.

The Hammer Strength Plate-Loaded ISO-Lateral Bench Press uses independent arms on a natural pressing arc — 7 lb starting resistance per arm, scaling to 5 × 45 lb plates per arm, with six integrated weight horns. The ISO-Lateral pressing path follows the natural arc that the hands travel during a free-weight bench press — diverging at the bottom and converging through the press — rather than forcing a fixed straight-line path. This follows the natural movement of the pectoralis major's fibers across the chest, producing a more complete pressing contraction than straight-path machines. Independent arms expose and correct left-to-right pressing imbalances by requiring each side to produce its own force without the stronger side compensating.

Six integrated weight horns (capacity 5 × 45 lb plates each) keep plates organized at the station. Weight plates not included. 350 lb plate-loaded commercial frame, 48" × 67" footprint, 350 lb max user. Remanufactured.

ISO-Lateral Natural Press Arc — Free-Weight Feel

Independent arms expose and correct left-to-right pressing imbalances by requiring each side to produce its own force independently.
7 lb Start · 5×45 lb Max Per Arm · 6 Weight Horns
7 lb starting resistance per arm is accessible across all strength levels. Maximum of 5 × 45 lb plates per arm provides substantial progressive loading capacity. Six integrated weight horns (5 × 45 lb capacity each) keep plates organized at the station — no separate plate tree needed. Weight plates not included.

New benches: OEM warranty; remanufactured: 6–12 month Build A Gym Guarantee.
