The Hammer Strength MTS Iso-Lateral High Row delivers upper back development through independent arm movement on a high row pulling path — each arm pulls on its own 150 lb stack, so neither side can compensate for the other. The high row angle targets the upper lats, traps, and rear delts from a pulling position that standard seated row machines miss, and iso-lateral independence closes bilateral strength imbalances that compound machines tend to mask over time.

A belt-driven system delivers smooth, consistent resistance through the full pulling arc, and the adjustable seat uses a roller mechanism for fast, effortless positioning between users. 11-gauge steel frame with full front and rear shrouds, polyethylene-coated foot platforms, ergonomic non-slip grips with aluminum collars. 765 lb, 51" × 62" footprint. Remanufactured.

Iso-Lateral Independent Arms — Dual 150 lb Stacks
Each arm pulls on its own independent 150 lb stack — preventing the stronger side from compensating and forcing left and right upper back musculature to develop in balance. Unilateral single-arm work is also accessible for targeted imbalance correction.
High Row Motion Path
The high row pulling angle targets the upper lats, traps, and rear delts from a pulling position that standard mid-row and seated row machines don't replicate — adding upper back width and rear delt development across a different fiber recruitment pattern.
Belt-Driven System — Roller Seat Adjustment
Belt drive delivers smooth, consistent resistance through the full pulling arc with low maintenance requirements. The adjustable seat uses a roller mechanism for quick, effortless positioning — fast transitions between users in commercial environments.
11-Gauge Steel · Full Shrouds · PE Foot Platforms
Heavy-duty 11-gauge steel frame with powder coat finish, full front and rear shrouds with pulley covers for user safety and a clean commercial appearance. Polyethylene-coated foot platforms resist wear and provide a stable footing surface under load.
