Product details

Commercial-grade equipment, inspected and supported by warranty.

The Hammer Strength ISO-Lateral Front Lat Pulldown uses independent diverging and converging arms with an underhand grip and natural arc of motion — the ISO-Lateral design allows each arm to move independently through its own pulling arc, meaning the stronger side cannot compensate for the weaker side the way it can on a bar or bilateral cable pulldown. Each arm is loaded separately, so both sides of the back must produce their own force through the full range, producing balanced lat development and exposing side-to-side strength imbalances that bilateral training masks.

The underhand grip and unique arc path activate the lats through their full length — from overhead stretch at the top through full contraction at the bottom. 315 lb plate-loaded 11-gauge steel frame, 6 weight horns, 65" × 48.8" footprint. Remanufactured.

ISO-Lateral Independent Arms — No Side Compensation
Independent arms prevent the stronger side from compensating for the weaker — each side must produce its own force through the full pull arc. This exposes side-to-side lat strength imbalances that bilateral bar or cable pulldowns mask, and drives balanced back development over time.
Underhand Grip & Natural Arc of Motion — Full Lat Range
The underhand grip and unique arc path position the arms to activate the lats from full overhead stretch through complete contraction — the full functional length of the latissimus dorsi. The natural arc replicates the body's own pulling biomechanics rather than forcing a fixed vertical path.
11-Gauge Steel · 6 Weight Horns · Plate-Loaded
11-gauge steel frame with electrostatic powder coat finish handles decades of heavy commercial use. Six weight horns keep plates organized at the machine. Plate loading provides unlimited progressive overload with no stack ceiling.
