Product details

Commercial-grade equipment, inspected and supported by warranty.

The Hammer Strength Back Extension features an angled hip pad for proper spinal alignment, lower leg rollers for secure anchoring, and deformation-resistant foam padding on an 11-gauge steel frame — the angled hip pad is the key ergonomic specification on any back extension station: it positions the hip joint at the correct flexion angle so the erector spinae, glutes, and hamstrings extend through their full functional range without the lumbar spine going into harmful hyperextension at the top. Lower leg rollers keep the user anchored through the full extension without the lower body shifting under load.

Deformation-resistant foam maintains comfort and pad geometry through sustained high-traffic commercial use without compressing flat. 244 lb 11-gauge steel commercial frame, 59" × 28" footprint, 350 lb max user. Remanufactured.

Angled Hip Pad — Correct Spinal Alignment
The angled hip pad positions the hip joint at the correct flexion angle so the erector spinae, glutes, and hamstrings extend through their full functional range — preventing the lumbar spine from going into harmful hyperextension at the top of the movement, which is the most common back extension setup error.
Lower Leg Rollers · Deformation-Resistant Foam · 11-Gauge Frame
Lower leg rollers anchor the user through the full extension without the lower body shifting under load. Deformation-resistant foam maintains pad geometry through high-traffic commercial use without compressing flat over time. 11-gauge steel frame handles sustained daily use in professional training environments.
