Change your mind within 30 days of delivery and you can return the machine or exchange it for a different size, color or configuration.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and a 15% restocking fee applies to preference returns and exchanges. Freight items must go back packaged to the same standard they arrived in — we will tell you exactly what that means before anything is collected.

The FreeMotion Genesis™ F624 Dual Cable Cross is built around independently rotating arms with 12 vertical and 9 horizontal positions per arm — over 100 positioning combinations — and dual swivel pulleys that follow the user's natural motion path for uninterrupted cable travel across virtually any exercise angle. A 3:1 cable ratio (Generation II) delivers the same resistance and travel with fewer weights on the stack, enabling finer incremental loading than standard 1:1 systems.
Dual independent enclosed weight stacks allow two users to train simultaneously at different resistance levels, and independently moving handles open the exercise range further beyond fixed-handle systems. Built from 7-gauge and 11-gauge steel with 16-gauge stainless steel kick plates, electrostatically powder-coated for durability. Driveway Delivery
- We palletize and protect your equipment, then ship it with a vetted freight carrier anywhere in the lower 48. The driver lowers the pallet to ground level at your curb or driveway, and moving it inside is left to you.
Inside Delivery & Assembly
- Our full-service option, available wherever we deliver. We bring your equipment into the room of your choice on the first floor, assemble it, test it, and take the packaging away with us.
Warehouse Pickup
- Prefer to handle it yourself? Collect your order from our Jarrell, TX warehouse at no cost. Weekdays by appointment, and you will need a trailer or a pickup truck. We will help you load up and get you on your way.

Remanufactured functional trainers will include a handful of attachments at the discretion of the freight team. Please order new attachments to get exact ones desired.
2. How do I adjust pulley heights?
Slide pulleys up/down and lock pins in place—tool-free.

Depends on the item. New equipment typically ships unassembled and crated. Remanufactured cardio and strength typically ship fully assembled on a pallet - exceptions may apply on certain machines. 5. How long until my order ships?
Lead times vary by item and condition. Every product is marked with a "ship time" at the top of the product page.
