The Cybex VR3 Row uses an adjustable chest pad with independent movement arms — the chest pad braces the torso against forward lean during heavy rowing, removing lower back involvement and keeping the pulling effort on the upper back musculature throughout each rep. Independent arms allow each side to pull through its own natural arc, preventing the stronger side from driving bilateral sets and keeping load distributed evenly across both rhomboids and lats.
Ergonomic handles reduce wrist strain through extended back training sessions, and selectorized resistance delivers smooth, consistent loading on a 610 lb VR3 commercial frame, 71" × 38" footprint. Remanufactured.
