The Cybex VR3 Arm Extension uses an ergonomic seat and arm pad that position the elbow for correct axis alignment through the tricep extension arc — proper elbow alignment keeps stress on the tricep muscle belly rather than the elbow joint, which is the key fit variable on any seated arm extension machine. The smooth, fluid movement path follows the natural elbow extension arc, reducing joint strain through both the eccentric and concentric phases.
A 165 lb selectorized stack covers tricep development from introductory loading through progressive strength training on a 440 lb VR3 commercial frame, 54" × 40" footprint. Remanufactured.
