The Cybex VR3 Abdominal uses a curved lumbar pad with non-slip foot braces and an adjustable seat to position users for isolated abdominal flexion — the curved lumbar pad follows the spine's natural curvature to maintain lower back support through the crunch arc, and the non-slip foot braces anchor the lower body so hip flexors cannot drive the movement when the abs fatigue. The adjustable seat accommodates different torso lengths to position the crunch pivot point correctly for each user.
Selectorized resistance delivers controlled, progressive loading for the rectus abdominis on a 480 lb VR3 commercial frame, 59" × 40" footprint. Remanufactured.
