The Cybex VR2 Dual Axis Overhead Press uses Dual Axis technology with independent arm motion — the dual axis allows each arm to move through both the vertical press plane and a natural inward arc simultaneously, replicating the path the shoulder joint follows in a free-weight overhead press rather than locking arms into a fixed straight-up track. Independent arm motion prevents bilateral compensation, allowing each shoulder to follow its own natural pressing arc.
An adjustable seat positions users of different heights for correct shoulder alignment at the start of the press, and selectorized resistance provides smooth, consistent loading. 611 lb commercial-grade frame, 62" × 55" footprint. Remanufactured.
