The Cybex Prestige Platinum VKR Dip Pull-Up Power Tower integrates three distinct bodyweight training stations — vertical knee raise, dip, and pull-up/chin-up — in a single 45" × 50" footprint. The VKR station uses an angled back pad for lumbar support through knee and leg raise movements, keeping spinal alignment correct during abdominal loading. Dip handles and an integrated pull-up/chin-up bar round out the tower with dedicated upper-body pressing and pulling stations.
Seven distinct bodyweight exercises accessible from one piece of equipment — core, upper-body push, and upper-body pull — on a 245 lb heavy-duty steel commercial frame. Remanufactured.
