Product details

Commercial-grade equipment, inspected and supported by warranty.

The Cybex VKR Dip & Leg Raise integrates vertical knee raise and dip functionality in a single 51" × 29" frame — the VKR station uses angled arm pads and a back pad to support the torso and brace the lower back during knee and leg raise movements, while the dip station provides a dedicated upper-body pressing function from the same unit. Non-slip step-up platforms allow easy, safe entry to both stations without jumping or awkward mounts.

Core training and upper-body pressing from one compact bodyweight station — 190 lb heavy-duty commercial frame. Remanufactured.

Vertical Knee Raises Straight-Leg Raises Oblique Knee Raises Dips

Rectus Abdominis Obliques Hip Flexors
Triceps Pectoralis Major — Lower Anterior Deltoids
Core Stabilizers Serratus Anterior

Dual Function — VKR Core & Dip Station
Vertical knee raise core training and dip-based upper-body pressing from a single 51"×29" frame — two distinct bodyweight training functions covering the abs and upper-body push without the footprint of two separate stations.
Angled Arm Pads & Back Pad — VKR Lumbar Support
Angled arm pads distribute forearm load comfortably during knee and leg raises, while the back pad braces and supports the lower back through the raising motion — reducing lumbar strain and keeping the core engaged rather than the lower back compensating under load.
Non-Slip Step-Up Platforms · 190 lb Frame
Non-slip step-up platforms provide safe, stable entry to both stations without jumping or awkward mounting — a practical commercial detail for high-turnover environments. The 190 lb heavy-duty frame handles sustained bodyweight loading across both functions.

New benches: OEM warranty; remanufactured: 6–12 month Build A Gym Guarantee.
