The Cybex Plate Loaded T-Bar Row delivers the barbell row movement pattern on a stable guided platform with an ergonomic angled handle — the fixed platform eliminates bar drift and lower-back compensation that floor T-bar rows allow, keeping the pulling path consistent rep after rep and loading the lats, traps, and rhomboids directly. Olympic plate loading provides uncapped progressive overload with no stack ceiling.
The low-profile 25.43" height keeps the body in a natural hip-hinge pulling position, and the compact 32.87" width fits into spaces that wider row machines cannot. Commercial-grade steel construction, 158 lb frame, 78.64" × 32.87" footprint. Remanufactured.
