Product details

Commercial-grade equipment, inspected and supported by warranty.

The Cybex Plate Loaded Pull Down uses independent diverging movement arms with oversized handles — each arm moves independently, allowing each side to follow its own natural pulldown arc and preventing the stronger side from compensating during bilateral sets. The diverging arm path mirrors the lat's natural line of pull from a wide overhead position down toward the hips, producing a more biomechanically accurate movement than a fixed straight-bar cable pulldown. A thigh pad and ergonomic seat stabilize the user under plate-loaded resistance.

Plate-loaded resistance removes any stack ceiling for long-term progressive lat development. 210 lb frame, 85" × 50" footprint. Remanufactured.

Independent Diverging Arms — Natural Lat Pull Path
Each arm moves independently on a diverging path that mirrors the lat's natural line of pull from wide overhead down toward the hips — a more biomechanically accurate movement than a fixed straight bar, with independent motion preventing the stronger side from compensating during bilateral sets.
Plate-Loaded · Oversized Handles · Thigh Pad
Plate loading removes any resistance ceiling for progressive lat development over the long term. Oversized handles accommodate wide, close, and neutral grip positions. The thigh pad and ergonomic seat stabilize the lower body under heavy plate-loaded pulling.
