The Cybex Overhead Press delivers biomechanically accurate overhead pressing through an ergonomic seat and back support with adjustable settings — the seat and back support position the user for correct shoulder alignment at the starting position, and the biomechanically engineered motion path follows the shoulder joint's natural overhead pressing geometry to reduce anterior capsule stress through the full press range. Adjustable settings accommodate users of different sizes for consistent alignment across the whole user population.
