The Cybex Olympic Incline Bench is a fixed-angle incline bench with integrated bar catches and a reinforced steel frame — the bar catches position the barbell at the correct starting height for incline pressing without the compromised shoulder mechanics of unracking from a flat-to-incline adjustable bench. The fixed incline angle keeps the upper pectoral and anterior deltoid emphasis consistent across every session, and the wide stance keeps the bench planted under heavy barbell loads.
