Your equipment is palletized and protected. The freight carrier schedules delivery, then uses a liftgate to lower it to your curb or driveway. Moving it inside and unpacking it are up to you.
Inside delivery & assembly
When selected and available for your address, the delivery team brings the equipment into the room, assembles and tests it, then removes the packaging.
Full truckload
For commercial builds and multi-pallet orders, a dedicated trailer keeps the full order together in one delivery. We confirm the unloading plan before the truck ships.

Change your mind within 30 days of delivery and you can return the machine or exchange it for a different size, color or configuration.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and a 15% restocking fee applies to preference returns and exchanges. Freight items must go back packaged to the same standard they arrived in — we will tell you exactly what that means before anything is collected.

The Cybex Eagle Lat Pulldown uses second-generation Dual Axis Technology™ with a diverging independent arm path, 205 lb selectorized stack, Twist Select 5 lb increment system, adjustable thigh pads, dual-position foot bar, and gas-assisted seat — Dual Axis Technology is the defining feature: it offers two distinct pulling modes on the same machine. In machine-defined mode, the arms follow the Eagle's engineered diverging convergence arc — moving downward and outward from the center, which mirrors the natural path the arms travel during a pull-up rather than the straight vertical pull of standard cable lat machines. In user-defined mode, the axes unlock and each arm can move in whatever path the individual's shoulder mechanics dictate. Independent arms prevent the stronger side from compensating during bilateral pulls and enable unilateral, reciprocal, and rehabilitation-specific loading patterns. The Twist Select increment system adjusts weight in 5 lb steps with a knob turn — no pin to slide, drop, or lose.
