Delivery options
Your item’s shipping method and price are confirmed in the shipping calculator and at checkout. Here is what each delivery path means.
Items weighing 149 lb or less ship by ground parcel rather than freight.
Your equipment is palletized and protected. The freight carrier schedules delivery, then uses a liftgate to lower it to your curb or driveway. Moving it inside and unpacking it are up to you.
When selected and available for your address, the delivery team brings the equipment into the room, assembles and tests it, then removes the packaging.
For commercial builds and multi-pallet orders, a dedicated trailer keeps the full order together in one delivery. We confirm the unloading plan before the truck ships.
Change your mind within 30 days of delivery and you can return the machine or exchange it for a different size, color or configuration.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and a 15% restocking fee applies to preference returns and exchanges. Freight items must go back packaged to the same standard they arrived in — we will tell you exactly what that means before anything is collected.
Anything that arrives damaged or fails under warranty is handled separately and carries no restocking fee. Full terms are in our Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy.
Coverage and accessories have to go on the same booking as the machine. Add them here and they travel together.
Commercial-grade equipment, inspected and supported by warranty.
The Cybex 772A Lower Body Arc Trainer delivers arc motion technology for high-intensity lower body training with minimal knee and hip joint stress, 21 incline levels, 100 resistance levels, self-powered operation, contact HR and wireless telemetry, LED display with preset workouts — 404 lb commercial frame, 76"×32" footprint. The arc motion is the defining mechanical characteristic of the Cybex Arc Trainer as a machine category — it is not an elliptical, a stepper, or a treadmill. On a standard elliptical the foot follows an oval path: the heel rises during the forward phase and the toe drops during the rearward phase, producing a motion that combines hip flexion with significant knee flexion through the stride. The Arc Trainer's foot path instead follows a curved arc — the foot stays lower to the ground through the forward phase and the knee bends less through the stride cycle. The reduced knee flexion excursion is the joint-protection mechanism: patellofemoral joint compression force is proportional to knee flexion angle, so a movement that keeps the knee in a lower flexion range throughout the cycle produces substantially lower cumulative patellofemoral loading per stride than an elliptical or stairclimber at equivalent intensity. This makes the 772A genuinely appropriate for users with anterior knee pain, post-surgical ACL or meniscus recovery, or patellofemoral syndrome who cannot tolerate standard elliptical motion at high intensity. The 100 resistance levels is the broadest resistance range of any cardio machine in the catalog — 100 increments from the same starting point means the step between adjacent levels is approximately one-fifth the size of the step on a 20-level machine, enabling very fine-grained intensity progression. Combined with 21 incline levels the 772A produces a large training variable matrix — incline shifts the loading ratio between glutes and quads; resistance controls absolute effort — from rehabilitation-appropriate low combinations through competitive athlete conditioning loads.
Self-powered — no external outlet required, flexible placement. Contact HR sensors and wireless telemetry for two monitoring paths. LED display with multiple preset workouts and performance tracking. 404 lb Cybex 772A commercial frame, 76"×32" footprint. Remanufactured.

Specifications
1. How do total-body ellipticals engage the upper body?
Moving handles sync with pedals to work arms, shoulders, and core.
2. What power requirements exist?
Most total-body ellipticals are self generated, while others require a standard 110 V outlet. None require a 20 amp outlet.
3. How often should I lubricate the machine?
Apply a light silicone lubricant to moving components every 6 months.
4. What financing and warranty options apply?
Same financing as all other cardio; new units carry full OEM warranty, remanufactured include Build A Gym's 1 year guarantee. Extended warranties available at checkout.
