Product details

Commercial-grade equipment, inspected and supported by warranty.

The Cybex 627AT Arc Trainer is built around two interconnected technologies: load-dependent resistance that auto-scales to each user's body weight, and a patented Reverse Arc Motion that keeps the toe in front of the knee throughout the stride. The load-dependent system means two users at the same program level receive proportionally equivalent workouts regardless of body weight — a consistent intensity experience that standard resistance-only machines can't match. The Reverse Arc pathway eliminates the toe-behind-knee position that generates knee stress on ellipticals, making it a lower-impact option for users managing joint concerns.

Same Side Forward arm and leg movement keeps posture aligned through all 21 incline levels, and three training zones — Glide, Stride, and Climb — shift muscle emphasis from lower-body dominant at low incline through full posterior chain loading at high incline. Up to 900 watts of resistance, 24" stride, brushless eddy current brake with generator. E3 console with split-level LED display, graphic profiles, and contact and wireless heart rate. 412 lb, 400 lb max user weight. Remanufactured.

Load-Dependent Resistance — Auto-Scaled to Body Weight
Resistance automatically adjusts based on each user's body weight — two users at the same program level experience proportionally equivalent workout intensity regardless of size. A consistent, scaled experience that standard resistance-only cardio machines cannot replicate.
Patented Reverse Arc Motion — Knee-Friendly Pathway
The Reverse Arc path keeps the toe in front of the knee throughout the entire stride — eliminating the toe-behind-knee position that generates anterior knee stress on traditional ellipticals while maintaining full range of motion at both the knee and hip.
3 Training Zones · 21 Inclines · 900 W
Glide (low incline) targets the lower body in a more quad-dominant pattern; Stride (mid-range) produces balanced full-body loading; Climb (high incline) shifts emphasis to the glutes and posterior chain. Twenty-one incline levels and up to 900 watts of resistance cover the full training spectrum.
E3 Console — LED Display · Contact & Wireless HR
Split-level LED display with graphic workout profiles shows time, distance, calories, METs, watts, strides per minute, and heart rate. Built-in programs adjust both incline and resistance. Heart rate monitoring via contact grips and wireless telemetry. Multi-language support.

1. How do total-body ellipticals engage the upper body?

Moving handles sync with pedals to work arms, shoulders, and core.

2. What power requirements exist?

Most total-body ellipticals are self generated, while others require a standard 110 V outlet. None require a 20 amp outlet.

3. How often should I lubricate the machine?

Apply a light silicone lubricant to moving components every 6 months.

4. What financing and warranty options apply?

Same financing as all other cardio; new units carry full OEM warranty, remanufactured include Build A Gym's 1 year guarantee. Extended warranties available at checkout.

30-Day Returns & Exchanges

Buy with confidence. Every Build A Gym order includes a 30-day window to return or exchange, whether you want a different size, color or configuration.
