The BUILT Strength Plate-Loaded Pullover is built around an overhead lever arm that takes the lats from full overhead extension through complete adduction — a movement arc that no vertical pulling or pressing machine can replicate. Rows and pulldowns load the lats from a shortened position; the pullover loads them across the full overhead stretch where lat fiber recruitment is highest, driving both length and thickness development that other back machines cannot access.
Ergonomic padding keeps the shoulders and elbows correctly aligned throughout the arc, directing load to the lats, serratus, and chest rather than stressing the shoulder capsule. Plate-loaded resistance provides uncapped progressive overload for consistent development over time. Heavy-duty commercial steel frame, 520 lb, 67.9" × 73.4" footprint. New.
