The BUILT Strength OG Series Viking Shoulder Press delivers iso-lateral overhead pressing with 13 unique handle positions via a pop-pin selector — shifting the pressing angle and grip orientation to target the anterior, medial, and posterior deltoids with each adjustment. Each arm operates independently for unilateral pressing or simultaneously for standard bilateral work, preventing bilateral compensation across both shoulder movements.
An adjustable start height ensures correct shoulder alignment for users of any size before the first rep, and knurled handles maintain a secure grip through heavy pressing sets. Starting at 15 lb per arm with plate-loaded resistance for unrestricted progressive overhead loading. Four integrated weight horns keep plates organized on the unit. New.
