The BUILT Strength OG Series Vertical Leg Press uses a true 90-degree vertical press path — the most direct line of force through the leg press movement — maximizing quad, glute, and hamstring recruitment while minimizing the lateral shear forces that angled sled presses create under heavy loading. An oversized 36" × 18" footplate accommodates shoulder-width, wide, narrow, and high-foot stance variations for complete lower body targeting from a single station.
A lumbar-supported seat maintains correct spinal alignment throughout the press, and spring-loaded quick-adjust safety stops provide secure, fast safety positioning without tools. Starting at 110 lb with capacity for up to 20 × 45 lb plates on the sled — serious progressive loading with six integrated weight horns keeping plates organized and accessible. New.
