The BUILT Strength OG Series Vertical Chest Press delivers iso-lateral pressing through two-position independent work arms — each side loads and moves separately, preventing the stronger side from compensating for the weaker and building balanced pectoral strength across both sides of the chest simultaneously. Two starting width positions shift the pressing arc to target different areas of the chest with each selection.
Adjustable back and seat pads position every user at the correct pressing angle for their torso length, and a starting weight of just 10 lb per arm makes the machine accessible from the lightest warm-up sets through serious progressive plate loading. Four integrated weight horns keep plates organized and within reach on the unit. At 580 lb, the frame delivers the structural stability needed for maximal iso-lateral pressing. New.
