The BUILT Strength OG Series Standing T Bar Row is built for heavy back training with five adjustable handle widths — each offering three grip positions — giving athletes 15 distinct pulling angles to target the lats, traps, and rhomboids with precise emphasis. Wide handles shift load to the outer lats and rear deltoids; close handles drive rhomboid and mid-back thickness. Every position changes where the pull lands.
An angled work arm maximizes resistance through the full pulling arc for deep muscle contraction at the top of each rep, and a wide low-angle foot platform keeps the user stable and balanced under heavy loading. Starting at just 30 lb, the machine is accessible for warm-up and technique work, and plate-loaded resistance allows progressive overload without any stack ceiling. New.
