The BUILT Strength OG Series Seated Deep Multi Row combines iso-lateral independent arm movement with three distinct hand positions that shift pulling emphasis across the lats, traps, and rear deltoids — each grip angle changes where the row lands, giving athletes three different back muscle stimuli from one machine without attachment changes. Each arm operates independently for unilateral or bilateral rowing, preventing bilateral compensation and building balanced back development across both sides.
An angled chest pad, adjustable range of motion, and adjustable seat height provide three independent setup points for precise user fit.
