The BUILT Strength OG Series Pendulum Squat uses a pendulum arc that shifts the resistance curve through the squat to keep loading on the quads through the full range of motion — including at the top of the movement where other squat machines and leg presses drop off. A four-position adjustable platform with multiple height settings accommodates users of any size and allows precise stance width and angle customization for different quad, glute, and hamstring emphasis.
Ergonomic handle placement keeps athletes in control through the deepest part of the squat and into full extension. 7-gauge steel uprights support up to 16 × 45 lb plates — 8 per horn across 4 integrated weight horns — for serious progressive lower body loading.
