Inside delivery & assembly
When selected and available for your address, the delivery team brings the equipment into the room, assembles and tests it, then removes the packaging.
Full truckload
For commercial builds and multi-pallet orders, a dedicated trailer keeps the full order together in one delivery. We confirm the unloading plan before the truck ships.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and a 15% restocking fee applies to preference returns and exchanges. Freight items must go back packaged to the same standard they arrived in — we will tell you exactly what that means before anything is collected.

The BUILT Strength OG Series Deep Pec Fly is built around a lumbar-curved bench that opens the chest and supports the spine — the curved profile creates the ideal arch position for maximum pectoral stretch at the bottom of the fly without overloading the shoulder capsule. Rotating knurled handles allow the wrists and shoulders to move freely through the full arc, removing the wrist-lock tension that straight fixed handles create during deep fly movements.
Starting at 10 lb per arm with plate-loaded resistance, and optimized for 25 lb plates to achieve a full, controlled range of motion — the mechanical design is tuned specifically to this loading range for smooth, consistent resistance through the deepest part of the fly arc. An easily adjustable seat accommodates users of all sizes without complex setup. New.
